Celebration Day for Girls
Event Details:
Date: Sunday 2nd November
Time: 10am
Venue: 3 Bay Road, Claremont
Bookings essential — limited places available
Celebration Day for Girls is an engaging and supportive workshop designed for girls aged 9 to 14 and their Mothers/Caregivers. This workshop provides a nurturing environment for girls and their caregivers to navigate the changes of puberty and early menstrual cycling together. The day combines creative, enjoyable activities with practical guidance on body literacy, storytelling, and open conversation.
LunaBloom’s mission is to empower girls to have confidence in their evolving bodies, enabling them to be more comfortable, content, resilient, and focused on their passions.
During the workshop, your 9 to 14-year-old daughter will participate in a day filled with crafts, activities, relaxed conversations, and stories. In the afternoon, Mothers/Caregivers will have quality time with their daughters and the opportunity to connect with other Mothers/Caregivers.
Mothers/Caregivers will also gather on an arranged evening before the workshop to review the agenda and discuss what they hope their daughters will gain from the experience. Mothers/Caregivers involvement will also extend from after lunchtime on the day of the workshop.
With one booked ticket, you and your daughter will have access to the following:
6-hour Day Workshop: 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Mothers/Caregivers drop off their daughters in the morning and return after lunch at 2:00 pm.
1.5-hour Mothers’/Caregivers’ Gathering: scheduled in the same month as the main workshop, either in the afternoon or evening. A convenient time will be arranged to accommodate all participants.
♡ A message from Helena ♡
I’m very pleased to have been offering CDG in Perth and in my community since 2020.
CDG is designed to help young girls and their mothers/caregivers learn to navigate the menstrual cycle (including the physical and emotional changes) and the menarche (first period).
I love to teach our young girls how our bodies work, what is normal, and how can we celebrate all the changes we experience when we become women. I believe that knowledge is power and that trusting one’s own instincts is made easier with tried and true advice. Periods are just the start. If we can talk about periods with our daughters, without shame and embarrassment, our daughters will be more open to talk to us about other aspects of their sexuality and other issues that they may be facing. Our girls need to know that we are here for them to talk.
Many mothers would love to help their daughters to transition gently into womanhood and experience their first period differently to what they did 30-40 years ago. We have so many resources these days and we are doing a great job in educating our daughters, but sometimes the intervention is not early enough and therefore when we try to start a conversation, there is no willingness to engage in conversation. The conversation is shut down before it has had a chance to begin. There is so much more to our menstrual cycle than just periods. Many girls shared with me that they are afraid of the unknown, not knowing when it happens, how it happens, how it feels, if it hurts, how much blood there will be, what do they do with the blood…
Along with negative cultural discourse, the term menstruation can hold literal negative connotations because of blood’s correlation to suffering, pain, harm and injury. The ideology surrounding menstruation is not often inline with harmony, health, nature and miracles. Understanding this magical function of the body in a positive way takes the fear and shame away and replaces pessimism with excitement.
There is something mystical and magical about learning this truth in a circle of girls. Girls feel like they can talk about these things and they don’t need to whisper about it. They giggle, they ask questions, share stories and learn from each other. It’s beautiful and rewarding to see the girls and mothers/caregivers leaving the workshop with excitement and happy anticipation, with no fear or shame about their bodies or periods.
And I can promise that your daughter would feel like this too ♡

We all have our own divine timing when our soul awakens, when the seeking + confusion begins once you notice glitches in the matrix, feeling like you are stranded between two worlds. And yet others of us are quite blissfully asleep in wonderland. You are where you are and that is perfect.
I host a monthly 2hr session in Claremont, first Monday night of each month, a roundtable soul discussion to help you adjust and find your soul purpose as you lift your frequency into 5D.

Ikat Sisterhood Circle with Anita and Tina
Ikat Sisterhood Circle
'Ikat' (pronounced 'ee-kat') means 'to bind' in 'bahasa' and refers to the ancient traditions from Indonesia of textile weaving. With it also referring to Anita & TIna's heritage, in our circle we will come together to weave and bind our stories and share our gifts as a community to create new paths and patterns of beauty and wonder.
For this circle we will focus on 'Recalibration' - the process of making small or significant adjustments to restore balance, alignment, and purpose. In our fast-paced, ever-demanding lives, women often carry layers of responsibility that gradually pull them away from their own centre. Our Ikat Sisterhood Circle offers a sacred space for women to reflect, and realign—body, mind, and spirit.
Come as you are—exhausted or inspired, searching or grounded. This is your time to breathe, recalibrate, and reconnect in the company of supportive, like-hearted and like-minded women.Workshop Inclusions
